How long does dry cleaning take?
Standard dry cleaning takes 2–3 business days. Express same-day service is available on request.
When will I receive my tracking number?
Your tracking number is sent via email and WhatsApp as soon as your order is confirmed.
What does "Collected" status mean?
It means our driver has picked up your garments and they are on their way to our cleaning facility.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay after the service, or use the Pay Now button when tracking your order. We accept card, PayPal, and WhatsApp payment.
